We
are always looking for Volunteers! |

| Active:
Directly involved with patient care. Depending on your level of training
(New York State Certification) you may act as either a BLS or ALS
Crew Chief. No EMS experience? No problem! We offer an in-house training
program that will transform you to a crew member in short order. |

| Student
Member (Ages 16 & 17): As a Student
Member you will have the same benefits as an Active Member, but we
are obligated to follow all New York State Department of Labor Laws,
which dictate hour restrictions during the school year. |

Associate
Driver: Do you want to help, but in a more "hands-off"
style? If you're over 21 and have a clean license you can! (We do
insist all members have a valid CPR card, and you do need to be
able to assist with equipment and patient handling, however.) Many
of our Members have started as "drivers only," because
of the very nature of our work, and much to their surprise have
found themselves completing an EMT class! |

| Auxiliary
Member: Our Auxiliary Members perform much of the behind-the-scenes
work. They are the driving force behind organizing our Social Functions,
as well as being called upon to provide supplemental administrative
roles, vehicle and station duties. |
