Help Us Help Others

Dear Town of Union Friends and Neighbors,

We need your help in 2020! Your tax-deductible donation provides crucial and timely support that allows us to continue to focus on our core mission of providing high quality and innovative emergency medical services with care and compassion to the Town of Union Community.

Union Volunteer Emergency Squad, Inc. (UVES) has been hard at work responding to the COVID-19 crisis that has affected our community. With more than 285 cumulative cases reported throughout the Town of Union since March 15th, and continuing to rise, our EMT’s and Paramedics are fearlessly serving our community. We wage constant battle against COVID-19 to ensure the health, safety and wellness of all who live, work and visit within the Town of Union is provided the highest quality emergency medical services one deserves.

With record setting 9-1-1 requests for service leading up to, and continuing after, the initial wave of virus, the demands placed on UVES have never been greater. With costs continuing to increase weekly for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), disinfection equipment and materials, medical waste disposal, laundry services, medical supplies, training requirements, labor, infrastructure, technology and fleet expense, our revenues struggle to keep up with the demand.

We’re a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, making donations to us is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We continue to administer 100% of our donations in-house, recognizing the value that is contributed will be completely utilized for the direct benefit of UVES. Write a check, or click on our Donate button if you wish to use your credit card. Or consider a means of planned giving. And tell your employer; your generosity may be matched.
